FOUNDER/CEO
Dr. Sarah Esi Grant is the Founder and CEO of Grant Healthcare Academy & Staffing LLC. She brings together her extensive nursing expertise with a strong commitment to education and mentorship in the healthcare field. Dr. Grant holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), a Master’s in Nursing (MSN), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Hospice Case Manager (HCM), having served as a Director of Nursing Science (DNS) in various healthcare settings. Additionally, she is an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor and is currently pursuing training to become a healthcare administrator. Dr. Grant is deeply committed to clinical excellence and nursing leadership.
Throughout her career as a registered nurse, Dr. Grant has gained significant experience in direct patient care, triage, and care coordination. Her empathetic communication style and focus on excellent customer service have enabled her to effectively manage complex cases in high-pressure environments, fostering strong relationships with patients and their families and enhancing their healthcare experiences.
Dr. Grant has not only taken on clinical roles but has also served as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member at various nursing schools. In these positions, she offers guidance and education to future nursing professionals. Her leadership philosophy focuses on enhancing patient care and satisfaction while prioritizing safety protocols.s.
